I specialize in working with individuals and groups who seek to address experiences of trauma, anxiety, depression and more. Professionals of color, creatives, athletes, and fathers are clients that I often walk alongside in therapy.

My approach is relational and client-centered, using EMDR, Psychodynamic, Culturally Sensitive Therapy, and Mindfulness as primary tools in achieving my clients goals for wellness.

For the last 8 years, I have offered integrative, specialized trauma and attachment based therapy. I have extensive training and practice in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Somatic-based and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I'm a Columbia University trained therapist who have supported individuals and organizations in becoming trauma-informed.

As a Brazilian American, I believe that the human experience entails holding together the multiplicity of self which requires a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work towards healing and growth. My personal and clinical experiences have led me to a deep understanding and reverence for the complexity of issues that bring folks to therapy.
