Coaching is not about giving advice or fixing you — it is the practice of witnessing your experience with empathy, presence, and attunement.

Build safety in the nervous system
We honor the wisdom of the nervous system. So much of healing and growth begins not with fixing or doing, but with feeling safe enough to be seen and supported. Through gentle, attuned presence, we listen to the cues of your body — the tension, the stillness, the breath, the numbness — and create room for what’s been held inside. Nervous system support isn’t about pushing past discomfort; it’s about building the capacity to stay with yourself, softly, in your own time.

Parts work
Somatic part work invites you to connect with the different aspects of yourself through the wisdom of the body. Instead of just talking about emotions or thoughts, we tune into physical sensations, movements, and breath to access the stories and needs of your inner parts. This embodied approach helps you build a deeper relationship with yourself, gently healing stuck or wounded parts, and fostering a greater sense of wholeness and integration.

Finding your voice
This compassionate attention creates a safe container for your inner voices to emerge, be heard, and grow stronger. As you are witnessed with kindness and understanding, you gain the courage to reclaim your own voice, express your yourself more fully.
Therapy vs. Coaching
⚖️ Important Distinctions
While I bring a background as a therapist and social worker, coaching is not therapy.
In this space:
We do not diagnose, treat, or process clinical trauma
We focus on the here-and-now, forward movement, and self-connection
You are the expert on your own experience
If you need mental health treatment, I can help refer you to a qualified provider.
